What soap solution to use? Any precautions to be aware of?

Basically adapt to all the cleaning soap on the market,add directly to use. Please do not add creamy or granular soaps,foam soap.

If you only hear the machine running but no soap comes out?

This is caused by a blockage, please empty the soap dispenser and add warm water, start the cleaning mode until the water flows out smoothly.(It is recommended to operate once every 2-3 months to better prevent blockages)
